CRV AEROGEL is a specially developed batter aerating agent for producing high quality products for sponge and madera cakes.

APPLICATION/USAGE
Use 2% to 5% based on batter weight.
COMPOSITION
Propylene glycol, polyglycerol esters, monoglycerides based on hydrogenated palm oil and potassium sorbate.
STORAGE
Product should be stored at a cool, dry place at a temperature of 30-32 ºC. Maximum of 8 months to 1 year
