CRV CAKE IMPROVER is a complete emulsifier in powder form made from the highest quality ingredients from Europe. It is best recommended for cake application using the all-in method.
It is light brown in color and is easy to incorporate with other ingredients which are mostly in powder form.
It ensures even distribution for a more consistent quality.
