CRV CAMELOT BAKING POWDER is a double acting leavening agent composed of active ingredients genetically processed to achieve ultimate consistency of quality.
CHARACTERISTICS
It is a homogenate compound that facilitate its mixing with the flour and other ingredients during baking. The first stage occurs during the mixing process where air is slowly and partially released. The second stage occurs during baking where air is released on its final phase. This ensures even volume and consistent grain structure.
