PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

CRV ICE CREAM IMPROVER improves the emulsification of the fat during mixing and homogenization and maintain the uniform dispersion of the fat particles during ageing. The emulsifier also increase the whip ability of the mix and promotes a micro-fine air distribution. It is economical to use. It is highly soluble in state for even distribution and consistent quality.
