PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

CRV MOLD INHIBITOR is a concentrated preservative which is 100% calcium propionate formulated in Europe. It is recommended to prevent mold growth in all yeast raised bread.
 

 TYPICAL PROCESS BENEFITS 

  • It controls the growth of molds in bread which uses yeast as the leavening agent.
  • Propionates prevent microbes from producing the energy they need, even in a non-acidic environment.
  • Extends shelf life by controlling the growth of mold

 APPLICATION/USAGE 

The recommended usage level is 0.3% base on flour weight or 75 grams per 25 kg bag of flour.
Note: A maximum usage of 0.3% is recommended. However, usage may depend on hwo long the bread is expected to last.
Caution: An after-taste may develop is usage exceeds 0.5%.
 

 STORAGE 

Shelf life should last up to two years if stored in a cool, dry place.
 

 PACKAGING 

10 x 1 kg polyethylene bag packed in a corrugated box.
