PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

CRV VERDANT-PLUS is a multi-action compound which could maintain freshness of bread at an extended period, thus eliminating the problem of early staling. It also maintains the softness and condition of the bread much longer than any product with certain emulsifiers.

 APPLICATION/USAGE 

The recommended usage level is 0.5% to 1.0% based on flour weight.
 

 COMPOSITION 

Anti-staling enzyme, emulsifier, mold inhibitor and modified starch.
 

 STORAGE 

Shelf life should last up to one year if stored in a dry place at a normal room temperature.
 

 PACKAGING
