 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

Minola Coco Pork (Coconut Based Pork Lard Substitute) is a specialty fat resembling the qualities of pork lard but 100% cholesterol free because of its vegetable origin. Minola Butter Substitute is a texturized and high quality substitute to butter oil made from freshly refined and deodorized vegetable oil.

 APPLICATION/USAGE 

Minola Coco Pork Lard Substitute is a premium baking lubricant in pastry crusts, soda crackers and other types of biscuits. It gives a good flavor on pandesal buns, tasty breads as well as other types of breads. It also is a good substitute for pork oil in traditional Pork Hopia (Hopiang Baboy). Minola Butter Oil Substitute (BOS) was formulated for baking high quality biscuits, butter cookies, Chinese mooncakes, high quality cakes and sweet breads. It may also be used for ice cream, custard cream and filling cream for cakes and breads.

 CHARACTERISTICS 

Golden yellow color, good melting point, moisture free, texturized and excellent consistency, economic and more stable compared to butter oil

 STORAGE 

Keep in a cool dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight. Maximum lifespan of 12 months.
