CRV SUISSE GOLD is a pure alkalized cocoa powder which has undergone the so-called Dutch process to eliminate the natural acidity of cocoa which is naturally slightly acidic.

STORAGE
- Store in a cool and dry place. The presence of moisture hastens flavor deterioration.
- Storage temperature of not more than 2 °C. Elevated temperatures tend to destabilize the structure which may result to lumpiness and change in color.
- Keep away from direct light. Exposure to direct sunlight or other heat source causes unfavorable changes in the taste profile
- Store in a rodent and insect free environment
- Store in the absence of strong-smelling products. Cocoa powder has a tendency to absorb the smell of items such as paint, soap, coffee and spices.
