PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CRV VANILLA POWDER 1005 is a white crystalline powder with a rich creamy sweet aroma of vanilla flavor.
APPLICATION/USAGE
It is particularly good in all bakery products such as biscuits, cookies, cakes, confectionery,
toffees, milk candies, chocolate product, ice-cream, yogurt and milk shakes. The recommended dosage
for all the above application is 0.5% w/w of base. In beverage application, dose of 0.1-0.2% w/w in
ready product is sufficient.
TYPICAL ANALYSIS
Specific gravity at 25 °C is 0.745-0.750.
LEGAL STATUS
The main ingredients of this flavor are Vanillin, Ethyl Vanillin, Gamma and Delta Lactones and other trace aroma substances which are FEMA GRAS.
STORAGE
Keep in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is stable and does not have serious caking problems even after prolonged storage.
