PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

CRV SUPER SUPREME is superbly formulated for all types of bread and rolls, specifically intended for frozen dough and crusty type like French baguettes, croissants and similar recipes. It is economical to use and will guarantee excellent results with its balanced composition of starch , Vitamin C, sugar, conditioner, anti-staling compounds and high performance enzyme blends with an inert carrier.

 APPLICATION/USAGE 

The recommended usage level is 0.2% to 0.8% base on flour weight or 50 to 200 grams to every 25 kg bag of flour.

 STORAGE 

It retains its peak performance within one year if stored in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 30 °C.
