CRV SUPREME is a unique formulation of bread improver that gives good quality and best results to breads and rolls. It is specially designed to serve the needs of Asian bakers in ensuring excellent quality products without added cost. It is best with non-bromated flour because of its quality composition produced through extensive research and high technology processing.

Starch, Vitamin C, Emulsifier, sugar, and high performance Enzyme blends.

 APPLICATION/USAGE 

The recommended usage level is 0.2 % to 0.4% base on flour weight or 50 to 100 grams to every 25 kg bag of flour.

 STORAGE 

It will give excellent results within one year of storage if placed in a cool, dry area at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C.

 PACKAGING 

10 x 1 kg polyethylene bag packed in a corrugated box.
