PRODUCT DESCRIPTION 

CRV ULTRA SUPREME is scientifically formulated for all types of dumplings. It will guarantee excellent results due to balance formulation of different high performance enzymes generally modified that leads to unique anti-staling effects.

 COMPOSITION 

Starch, Vitamin C, Conditioner, Sucrose, Xylanase, Maltogenic, and Fungal Alpha Amylase

 APPLICATION/USAGE 

The recommended usage level is 0.2 % to 0.4% base on flour weight or 50 to 100 grams to every 25 kg bag of flour.

 STORAGE 

It will be on its peak performance within one year if stored in a cool, dry place at a maximum temperature of 30 °C.

 PACKAGING 

10 x 1 kg polyethylene bag packed in a corrugated box.
